LumenIQ ("we," "our," or "us") operates the VettIQ platform at vettiq.ai and app.vettiq.ai. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our services.

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials.

Code Data: When you submit code for scanning, we process the code through our AI pipeline. Code submitted for scanning is processed in memory and is not permanently stored after the scan is complete unless you explicitly save scan results.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with our platform, including scan history, feature usage, and performance metrics.

Technical Data: We automatically collect browser type, IP address, device information, and cookies to ensure platform functionality and security.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

Provide, maintain, and improve our security scanning services
Process your code through our multi-LLM security pipeline
Send you scan results, security alerts, and service notifications
Manage your account and process billing
Improve our AI models and detection capabilities (using anonymized, aggregated data only)
Comply with legal obligations

4. Code Security & Data Protection

We take the security of your code seriously. All code submitted for scanning is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3. Code is processed in isolated, ephemeral environments and is not shared between users or used to train our models without explicit consent.

5. Third-Party Services

Our scanning pipeline uses third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Google, xAI) to process code. These providers process data under strict data processing agreements and do not retain your code data. We also use Supabase for authentication and database services.

6. Data Retention

Scan results are retained for the duration of your account. You may delete your scan history at any time through the subscriber portal. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.
